On one evening last week, I caught sight of this tree. I’ve seen it many times before, but not lit like this. The endless changes in natural light can cause many fascinating effects that are just waiting to be noticed; it doesn’t happen to order – we just have to keep our eyes open!

This is beautiful. I like the intricate shadow the leaves make round the middle of the trunk
Fabulous lighting. Tree’s do fascinate me. #MySundayPhoto
That looks so creepy but beautiful at the same time x
That is indeed a very striking shot. You’re correct, Sometimes good lighting is worth waiting for. #MySundayPhoto
I have got to admit it does creep me out a little bit with the shadows on the tree but at the same time I think it is beautiful, Clio lending a helping hand for Coombe Mill
The shadows and branches add a real creepy feel to the photo
Thank you for linking up
I love the light too. Gave this tree an amazing character =) #MySundayPhoto
Something incredibly beautiful and sensual about this photo. I realize that may not be the expected response but that was what I felt when I first saw it…
Beautiful light at the bottom, a perfect photo.
