    I can already smell the apple crumble come September :o)

    Used to have 3 apple trees in old house. Clearing up the windfalls & trying to get to the good apples before the birds & wasps was a pain but I do miss having an apple tree in the garden (and a pear and a plum)

    Reminds me of my Mum and Dad’s old garden, they had a few fruit trees. Wish I had a garden to be able to enjoy that sight!
